Sunday Stamps: The Year of the Tiger

Good day, and welcome to my entry for Sunday Stamps.  It is a cold yet sunny day in the American Midwest.

SeeitonaPostcard reports that Canada Post is not issuing a Lunar New Year stamp this year (maybe for good?) which is sad to hear.  But the US Postal Service has issued a stamp this year:

A stylized image of a mask, with plenty of orange!  This is a Forever stamp, worth the current US first class rate.  I'll have to look for these at the Post Office.

Visit SeeitonaPostcard for more participants.

I have a page on Facebook: keep up with my infrequent quilt and stamp posts at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Viridian61/347674418583948?ref=hl

I'm enjoying the current series. This stamp looks so much brighter in person, I love the design.

I like this mask series - and I guess the people who were unhappy about all the blue in her other stamps will be placated by the orange in this one.

So cheerful!

Those teeth are slightly scary which I think would make a child enjoy wearing the mask. Love the stamp.
