Our theme today is stars/moons/ planets.

No one has yet shared this set, recently released by the US Postal Service:

(the scan is from the USPS too) The eight planets (no Pluto - it has its own stamp)  looking very pretty.  Or weird, Jupiter and Uranus are in false color and look strange to me.

Sunday Stamps II 133

Good day from Viridian on the road, at my parents house!  But I have my computer and can participate in Sunday Stamps.

I was looking for a USA tall ships stamp and I admit I cheated and used google image search to find this one - it's a little bit older:

But a classic, of the USS Constitution.  Also known as "Old Ironsides", it is now berthed in Boston, Massachusetts.  The museum there has a website.  The ship is being restored and will return to the water on July 23 this year.
