Sunday Stamps: Cartoons

Good day, and welcome to Sunday Stamps and my contribution.  The theme this week, set at SeeitonaPostard, is cartoons or illustrations.

I have a stamp of a world famous cartoon figure:

An older stamp from my Postcrossing days:  Pikachu!

And one of a more recent issue from the US Postal Service:

Scooby Doo started his cartoon life in the late 1960's I believe.  I have watched the original cartoons many times (eternally in reruns) with my children.  Scooby and friends have gone through many incarnations through the years.
It's a sunny but cool day in the American Midwest.  I will go shortly and visit all the contributors this week.

Sunday Stamps: Trees

Good day from a cool and rainy Midwest.  Not much time to blog today, but I do want to share some stamps.

Two flowering trees from Poland.  I have shared these long ago.  They came from a packet of stamps I got on ebay.

Sunday stamps: Music

It is snowing lightly in the American Midwest, but not likely to stick to the ground.

It's Sunday, and time for Sunday Stamps.

I have a stamp from my Postcrossing days:

A musical instrument, rather than a musician, but it still fits the theme.  Others contributors in Sunday stamps this week have found musicians (Queen!) or musical notation on stamps.

Sunday Stamps: Bridges, etc.

Good morning, and welcome to a frosty morning in the American Midwest! It's fall now for sure.

 It's time for Sunday Stamps.

This is a stamp I have shared before.  It came to me during my Postcrossing days.

Of interest is the top stamp, showing a long lovely bridge.  This is the Hangzhou Bay cross sea bridge, as I was informed the last time I shared this stamp.  Below, a coastal scene.
