Sunday Stamps: Food

Hello and welcome to my contribution to Sunday Stamps.  This week's theme is food.

I am exploring the breadth of recent stamps put out by the US Postal Service, and wouldn't you know, they just released this set of fruit and vegetable stamps:

Done in the style of still life paintings, and looking very yummy.  You can learn more about these stamps at this link.

(I have been switched over to the new Blogger interface and I don't like it!)

Visit SeeitonaPostcard for more contributions.

I have a page on Facebook: keep up with my infrequent quilt and stamp posts at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Viridian61/347674418583948?ref=hl

I've seen these only on the net, and they look very nice. I hope I'll see at least one of them in person!

With such sets, I always wonder how they choose the fruits and vegetables. These photos look very cookbook worthy.

I'd never have guessed these were paintings. They look very tasty.

A fine collection of food - I like the style.

I'm still not keen on the new blogger either.
