Blue stamps and Earth Day

Today's theme for Sunday Stamps is Blue.

I have a stamp from the US Postal Service celebrating Earth Day that is somewhat blue:

Reminding us of the blue and green planet we live on - the only habitable planet we know.  Earth Day is celebrated on April 22 every year.  This year (in the time of COVID-19) is the 50th anniversary and any big celebrations have been cancelled.  We will have to remember Earth Day remotely.

Its that time of year when the new leaves suddenly unfurl and look so fresh and green so what a nice idea to surround the earth with them. Happy Earth Day.
