I am just back from a conference in the Czech republic. After roaming around the countryside, in an area called "the Czech Paradise" conference attendees attended talks in a castle. But that is not what is shown here.
I stayed one night in the Hotel Paris in Prague, before catching a flight to the USA the next morning. It costs more that some other hotels in Prague but less than a nice big city hotel in an American city. It was fantastic! Great architecture and service. Quiet room even though you are in the heart of the city. the best mattresses. And they give you a postcard too! What a deal.
And Prague.... well I am definitely returning! I saw only a little of the city.

What an exciting trip that must have been. That hotel must have been amazing. Thanks for posting!
Are you familiar with the postcards of Nick Bantock? He uses them quite frequently in his books. Thought I'd ask. I'm really intrigued by the number of bloggers that are 'into' postcards!
That looks like a nice place to stay. Giving you a postcard was a nice touch.
I've never been to Prague but I've been told it's well worth a visit if only for the beautiful buildings. Your card seems to bear that out. Lucky you!
What a lovely post card! Prague looks like such an intriguing place to visit. :)
I love the frame on this postcard - and lucky you - my husband has toured eastern Europe many times and Prague was one of his favourite cities.

I've never had a desire to visit that part of the world, but your posts about Prague, and now this postcard, have changed that!
