Good Day, and welcome to my blog. It's a warm humid day in the American Midwest.
It's time for Sunday Stamps.
I have a stamp currently on sale on the USPS website:
Celebrating women's soccer, as it is known in the USA, or Football in the rest of the world. In 1972 in the USA Title IX passed, banning discrimination on the basis of sex in education, and women's sports in schools improved.
In 1996, women's soccer (football) became a summer Olympic sport for the first time. The USA beat China for a gold medal at those games.
Visit SeeitonaPostcard for more entries.
I have a page on Facebook: keep up with my infrequent quilt and stamp posts at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Viridian61/347674418583948?ref=hl
