Sunday Stamps #24

Today's theme is anything you wish, or perhaps more se-tenant stamps that you would like to share.

Part of a larger sheet that includes many animals and insects. I like the illustrations in this set.  I can tell from the denomination that this is from my short-lived period of serious stamp collecting.  And USA first class postage rates have doubled exactly since that time.

Share some stamps, and visit other participants!

Theme next week: Summer is here, so share stamps of summer, especially butterflies - one of my favorite subjects.

Quite a variety of subjects in that issue. I looked it up and it is called "North American Wildlife"--50 designs on a sheet.

I've been trying to photograph red winged blackbird all week without much success. Deer no problem with no antlers. Lovely stamps.

That's a beautiful sheet! This is a fun way to know the American wildlife :)

Beautiful stamps! The Royal Mail does wildlife from time to time but never quite so many designs and normally all different denominations.

I like the variety of fauna on one sheet, don't think I've seen a lobster on a stamp before. With our issues they seem to only do one variety such as all birds, or all mammals.
