Sunday Stamps: other languages

Good day, and welcome to my blog.  It is a cold sunny day in the American Midwest, and time for Sunday Stamps.

Our theme today is foreign languages.  I am sharing stamps from Russia, with Cyrillic letters, and the Russian language, which I cannot read.

(I have shared these stamps before).  A beautiful lace stamp, but what do the words say?

Also note:  the stamps are Russian, but the image in the right corner is of the Soviet Union!  CCCP!  This Postcrosser used an older postcard.

Have a good week!

I have a page on Facebook: keep up with my infrequent quilt and stamp posts at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Viridian61/347674418583948?ref=hl
