I am exploring the breadth of recent stamps put out by the US Postal Service, and wouldn't you know, they just released this set of fruit and vegetable stamps:

I've seen these only on the net, and they look very nice. I hope I'll see at least one of them in person!
With such sets, I always wonder how they choose the fruits and vegetables. These photos look very cookbook worthy.
I'd never have guessed these were paintings. They look very tasty.
A fine collection of food - I like the style.
