Sunday Stamps # 32

This week's theme: stamps of unusual shape, size, or orientation.  These are favorites of many people!!

These stamps arrived on a recent Postcrossing postcard from Finland.  You might have guessed Finland because of the wonderful stamp in the shape of that country!

And if you are going to use make-up postage stamps, why can't they be in an unusual shape too?

The newer shaped stamps don't really look like stamps to me. Of course, there is really no reason why they should look like the old traditional stamps.

What a harmonious selection your Postcrosser has sent. (I went for Finland as well, irresistible).

I like the map stamp, I did not see it before. Seems like Finland has very nice odd-shape stamps. And Japan has some nice ones too. What´s the theme for next week?

Lovely theme this week. Will try and make time this evening to look through everyone's contributions. My contribution for this week has now been posted. Happy Sunday Stamps!

I nearly went with Finland too. I just love the little plus signs for the make-up postage. When I first saw them, I thought they were decorative stickers.

I love the map stamp - it's my first time to see such! Finland stamps never fail to surprise me :)

I have to entries today, you can find them at My Stamp Menagerie and at Postcards Crossing

Stamps and stickers: children can confuse them! Imagine my shock to see one of my children using 44 cent flag stamps on Valentines!

Fantastic collection of stamps here and on the other blogs! I don't have any unique stamps to feature today, but I wanted to cheer the other blogs on.
