Sunday Stamps: the letter C

Good Day, and welcome to a cloudy day in the American Midwest.  We continue the tour of the alphabet with Sunday Stamps.

For the Letter C: A compass rose stamp form the US Postal Service, for international mail (now $1.70):

And, a stamp from the Cayman Islands.

This arrived on a postcard from relatives, in December 2011. They were having a great holiday.

  1. I haven't seen the new International stamp yet. I'm overdue to buy some. It's not a colorful as the previous ones. I have a small post office, they probably don't have these yet.

  3. Thanks for the link, I like the origin story of the compass drawing, I'd love to see Lucia's book. Great stamp.

  4. I love the compass stamp. I think is the best of the international stamps. The Cayman Island stamp is also beautiful!

  5. I've got that compass a couple of times, and I think it's very nice.
The Cayman islands stamp is great, too.
